Can I request a custom piece?

Yes you can. I am happy to work with you to create whatever you have in mind. Colour schemes and items to be discussed and agreed. A 50% non refundable deposit will be required for all custom orders

How long does a custom piece take?
Please allow 6 weeks for your item to be ready. Smaller items may take shorter time but I will keep you updated on progress.

 

Are the pieces shown in the store available now?

Yes they are. They are all ready to ship.

 

Do you post outside of the UK

Yes I do.  Please note that the shipping time will need to be added to the 6 weeks for all custom items

 

What if I’m not happy with my item

Unfortunately custom items cannot be returned 

If your item is damaged when received then please contact me in the first instance
